The Dining Room which overlooks the village and the Pacific beyond consists of an open palm thatched sheltered space and an adjoining patio where we dine al fresco (weather permitting). Breakfast is available daily from 7:30 to 11a.m. and Dinner from 6 to 1O p.m. except for Sunday when only a continental breakfast is served. Meals are ala cart. Beverage service is available throughout the day (ask the kitchen staff for service). Lunch is not served, but by prior request a sandwich will be provided for a guest not leaving the Inn. For our guests dining out on Sunday or during the week we keep at the front desk a list of restaurants for our guests that we recommend. The tap and bath water at the Inn are treated but not suggested for drinking. Specially purified water is available for drinking in each room and at coolers throughout the Inn. The ice is pure (enjoy those pina coladas!) The kitchen is VERY aware of the "Mexican" issues and the highest standards are used in the preparation and cleaning of all foods.  |
