Playa Mazunte is situated about 4 km. (2.50miles) past Zipolite on the coastal road between Puerto Angel and Puerto Escondido in the Mexican State of Oaxaca. Mazunte is home to a well-known sea turtle museum, so just about anyone can give you directions. There is even public transportation (bus and taxi) to Mazunte.
